The Story
Our head mixologist spent six months perfecting this recipe, working closely with local farmers to source the finest gundruk. The result is a drink that tells the story of Nepal's mountains in every sip - earthy, complex, and utterly unique. The fermented notes of gundruk create an umami depth that perfectly balances the rum's sweetness and lime's acidity.
Perfect Pairing
Best enjoyed during sunset hours on our terrace, paired with our house-made papadum chips. The drink's savory notes complement spicy appetizers beautifully.
